Rental conditionsDeposit: a deposit of 20% of your rental is required to confirm your reservation.
Refunds: if you cancel more than 60 days before your stay , your deposit will be refunded 100%. Between 60 and 30 days, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations less than 30 days before your stay.
In the case of a "no show" (no arrival and no cancellation), you will be charged the full price of your reserved period.
Heating during the winter costs Euro 7 per day.
Cleaning charge: Euro 50 after a one week stay.
Minimum stay:
- three days October through May inclusive.
- June, July, August, September, minimum stay of one week.
The weekly price depends on the season and number of people.
Pets are allowed.
